Ego Booster • This is booster bliss as it
should be. Ultra high input impedance brings
sparkle and life back into vintage pickups. The tone control provides
a full range of bass and treble boost options, and switches off
for uncolored, transparent boost. The boost control ranges from
unity gain to a whopping 30 dB of tube melting boost. (It also
sports a spiffy bright blue LED)
How cool is the bypassable tone control? Turn it counter clockwise
until it clicks and the Ego Booster is a straight gain boost.
Placed in front of a vintage low gain amp or something like a
Speedster Deluxe

Green Line • The Smart People Factory Green Line Overdrive is
an
extremely versatile JRC4558D based overdrive, with a palette
of tonal options that range from vintage ‘808 flavors to
a gainy modern growl. The mud switch adds low end and interacts
beautifully
with both the drive and tone controls, allowing for limitless possibility.
The
Green Line is based on those vintage '808 pedals combined with
some useful upgrades. The mud control adds back the lost bottom end
that most '808 type pedals rob when switched on. Off course,
mud can be turned off to maintain the original tone. The Vintage
/Modern give
the option of the original gain level (Vintage) or a more high
gain and heavy tone (Modern). This makes the Green Line a more useful
and versatile take on the old standby design.

I-5 Delay • With a name like I-5, SPF
knew they’d never
get away with the paltry 300ms delay times most analog delays
give
you. So they decided to provide you with 1 second of delay time
in a ground
breaking dual digital chip design. WAIT! That’s not all!
SPF also fused together the future with the past, by providing
old-timey
analog style filtering. Travel backwards in time with the warmth
control to dial in BBD style mojo, or the natural sound of old
tape
delays. You can also set it for infinite repeats, get crashing
pitch shifts with an expression pedal, or spice up your echoes
with the
FX loop.
The I-5 is a perfect delay for sonic mayhem. Place another effect pedal
in the I-5's FX loop and that effect only effects the delayed sound.
