Azorik Vovin is an East Coast native that began playing guitar at the age of 12. He has extensive teaching and touring experience. Azorik studied music at the University of Maine. Azorik is well versed in many styles. He teaches rock, blues, fingerstyle, ragtime, jazz, bluegrass and also covers theory and composition.

Azorik's teaching style puts the emphasis on an individual's needs mixed with a strong historical and theory approach designed to make music easier to understand. He shows the whole picture and then it's application, rather than feeding you small bits of info at a creativity stifling pace.

In addition to teaching guitar, Azorik also teaches mandolin, banjo and bass. He is also currently working on a solo record.
