Trevor Larkin offers instruction in a wide variety of popular guitar styles. In his lessons, he teaches standard technique, music reading, theory, and repertoire. Trevor also emphasizes performance skills and improvisation. He encourages students to think on their own, and to take responsibility for their playing and study of music.

A Magna Cum Laude graduate from Boston’s prestigious Berklee College of Music, While at Berklee, he played on dozens of recording sessions for TV, film, and student projects. Trevor also was a guest lecturer for several Rock Guitar Performance courses and ensembles. Trevor is currently a staff writer for LA-based zapguitar.com, a subscription-based website providing online guitar instruction.

Performance wise, Trevor has literally hundreds of club dates to his credit, has played for Royal Caribbean Cruise lines, has played at the NAMM show, and was featured on the radio talk show “Whatd’ya Know” hosted by Michael Feldman for Public Radio International.
